About

Hi, I’m Season! I’m an Agile Coach who’s seen her fair share of awkward. Here’s my story:

About

I was first introduced to Agile in 2012 when I worked for Amazon. I was given a copy of Scrum: a Breathtakingly Brief and Agile Introduction and the opportunity to practice concepts from the Toyota Production System (TPS) like Kaizen and Andon.

I dove headfirst into Agile as a Scrum Master for Atlassian in 2018 and haven’t looked back since.

I believe that Agile ways of working empower the motivation of people and teams by giving them ownership over their work. They enable transparency for stakeholders to see progress at all stages of work. And Agile requires customer feedback early and often. This ensures we are building the right products quickly with high quality.

I embrace being awkward: awkwardness means growth and authenticity. I’m here to help get teams comfortable with discomfort, adapt to change, and foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong gamer with a love of travel, k-pop, animals, and theme parks. I’m currently studying for a BS in Computer Science with Oregon State University’s postbaccalaureate program.
